The Sky Lane will be partially reopened for cyclists on Dec 23 from 6am-7pm, its Facebook account said. The new tag is available at 20 Siam Commercial Bank branches from Tuesday until Dec 21 or at the Sky Lane from Tuesday until Dec 23, the day of the partial reopening. The Sky Lane is a joint project between Airports of Thailand Plc and SCB.
